Steampunk Bear and Clockwork Owl

This piece was made using a combination of hand made objects and found objects. The clockwork owl was sculpted using polymer clay and painted with acrylics. Watch gears were added for the eyes. The polar bear is an upcycled Christmas ornament that was given a bionic mono-goggle to hunt the owl that stole his doughnut. The bionic mono-goggle is made out of polymer clay and painted with acrylics. This terrarium has rocks and clear resin "water" in its base which secures the tree and polar bear in place. A layer of display snow completes the scene.
