Monarch Fairy

For this costume I used the silkscreen I made for the fairy wings to print the wing design onto orange fabric. Yellow and white details were then hand painted on the wings. The wings were then backed with black fabric and then sewn onto a pillow bustle and around a waistband to form a skirt. A tulle skirt was created and added underneath for volume.
