You found the Little Lending Library!
The Little Lending Library was created by May Burnett to go alongside her Bite Sized Art Show in the Dobbs Ferry Public Library. Inside the Little Lending Library you will find a few little books. The Little Lending Library operates on a "take a book/leave a book" system.
There are 3 ways you can "take a book/leave a book":
First Way: Just go to the front desk and ask for the Book Making Box. This box contains instructions as well as various art supplies, pre cut pages and covers. Spend a few minutes putting a mini book together to leave in the Little Lending Library.
Second Way: Make a mini book at home. It needs to be 1 1/4 inch x 1 1/4 inch or smaller. Bring it back to Dobbs Ferry Public Library and put it in the Little Lending Library.
Third Way: You can put a Mini Brands Mini Book in the Little Lending Library.
The Little Lending Library will be available through the end of May 2024.
